Completed in Summer 2023, Rio Vista Executive RV & Boat Storage is a Class-A storage facility and 3MW solar-farm generating renewable energy for 1,000 homes in the Rio Vista, CA community. Approx. 250ksf net rentable sqft of covered RV & Boat Storage space. Project Development and Property Management services by Kings Land Co, LLC. 3MW PPA with PG&E as offtaker + Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (SGIA) with CAISO & PG&E. Sold interest in December 2024.
First Self-Storage project developed by Chris Koenig, of Kings Land Co, LLC, in 2017/2018. Managed by third-party management company StorQuest. Currently >95% occupied. Approx 80ksf net rentable sqft.
Completed in early 2023, currently leasing up approx. 75ksf of Class-A self-storage units. Project Development services by Kings Land Co, LLC.

Project opened in July 2025 and is seeing strong lease-up (roughly 25 leases/mo). Ocala is a strong market with great rents and high demand!
