Completed in Summer 2023, Rio Vista Executive RV & Boat Storage is a Class-A storage facility and 3MW solar-farm generating renewable energy for 1,000 homes in the Rio Vista, CA community. Approx. 250ksf net rentable sqft of covered RV & Boat Storage space. Project Development and Property Management services by Kings Land Co, LLC. 3MW PPA with PG&E as offtaker + Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (SGIA) with CAISO & PG&E. Sold interest in December 2024.

First Self-Storage project developed by Chris Koenig, of Kings Land Co, LLC, in 2017/2018. Managed by third-party management company StorQuest. Currently >95% occupied. Approx 80ksf net rentable sqft. 

Completed in early 2023, currently leasing up approx. 75ksf of Class-A self-storage units. Project Development  services by Kings Land Co, LLC. 

Completed Summer 2025 with approx 200ksf of Class-A solar-canopy RV & Boat Storage spaces in Pittsburg, CA.  Project Development and Property Management services by Kings Land Co, LLC. 2.9MW PPA with PG&E as offtaker + SGIA with CAISO & PG&E. As of July, leasing up at 8%/month (ie 30 leases/month or 1lease/day).

Planning Commission approved July 2023, currently working on construction docs and development plans. Expected COO/COD Q1 2026. Roughly 160ksf solar-canopy RV & Boat Storage. 2MW PPA with PG&E as offtaker + SGIA with CAISO & PG&E.

Planning Commission approved April 2023, currently working on construction docs and development plans. Expected COO/COD Fall 2026. Roughly 30ksf Class-A, climate-controlled self-storage in the heart of downtown Danville, CA - a true one of a kind opportunity.

CEQA/County aproval May 2024. Expected construction to start late 2025/early 2026 for roughly 300,000sqft of solar-canopy RV & Boat storage on the Delta including enclosed and canopy Class-A RV & Boat storage. 3MW Solar Interconnection with PG&E in process and expected Q1 2026.
We anticipate to develop a new Class-A RV Campsite on the 20 acres next to this site on land we own and are designing now.

Co-GP with long term developer and mobile home park owner on the East Coast (read more at Toy Storage Nation about this adventure and great partnership).
Project opened in July 2025 and is seeing strong lease-up (roughly 25 leases/mo). Ocala is a strong market with great rents and high demand!

Consulting with 2 property owners who are amazing, funny and awesome, Chico small business owners. 
Pre-application process commenced mid 2025 and anticipated to receive COO Q4 2026.

Kings Land Co's scope is purely as a consultant in the design, development, processing of Interconnection with PG&E, securing PPA with PG&E, etc. - a full development and solar consulting scope.
